Stagnation Traps: About the Book
Stagnation leaves organizations and their people vulnerable when external change hits. And it always does, taking the form of disruptive technology, hungry competitors, shifting tastes and even geopolitical upheaval.
In his upcoming book, Stagnation Traps, Simon Rurka explores why successful organizations slow down, fail to adapt to external change, and at the same time frustrate the people inside them.
In an era where generic advice is free, Simon helps leaders to understand behaviors that are holding their people back, what is undermining the performance of their organization, and how to begin addressing both.
